We place paramount importance on selection of teachers with best ability, potential, and proven track record. We realize that teachers are the spine of a successful school, and our selection procedures thus are elaborate and well-researched.
We also closely monitor the work of our teachers and review their performance regularly through teacher appraisals to assess their knowledge and skill, their attitude and behaviour in classroom as well as well as in the community.
We seek regular 3600 feedback from students and parents about our teachers. All staff members of the school take part in a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and adequate resources and allocated to develop their skills.
